a fine, well-aged cheese goes oh-so-well with a slice of freshly baked bakery bread.
in fact, nobody wants newly churned cheese curd on a loaf of stale old bread, all crunchy and inedible.
even 1 day old bread loses its worth... on sale for 50% off!
sad :'(
realizing this as i get crustier and moldier....
i can't let you go 2010.
you can take 50% off day old bread and make wonderful croutons or breadcrumbs! you can take freshly made cheese and enjoy it with a salad with croutons!
